"Dear Patricia, I met you a few years ago at ICAO and have loved you since day one. I love how you teach yoga because you make it about the mind, the body and the spirit and you are surrounded by love. Also, you explain the reason and benefit of the poses. I have learned A LOT from you. Unfortunately, I stopped going to class because I had an accident at work and broke my wrist. It was very bad that I had to get surgery and now I have a lot of metal in my wrist! It has been a long and slow recuperation but (you may not believe it) I think about you and your teachings. I'm getting better and I hope I can see you soon. I send you love and light. » -Mayra Santoyo,
"Patricia is a full hearted, authentic Yoga teacher. When she teaches you can sense her love for yoga and commitment to sharing her passion with others. Her deep knowledge of the human body and how it functions allows her to teach with clear and precise directions. With alight and fun attitude, her classes have helped me become a better practitioner and a better teacher…..I even use some of her cues in my classes....like moving slowly through peanut butter…..shhhhhh… ;0) » Vanessa McLean
I met yoga in 2001 during a session of classical ballet training at Montreal’s Dance Conservatory. The two first years of my voyage through this discipline were more difficult. Slowly, my relationship with yoga transformed itself into love at first sight. It then became obvious to me that I needed to teach. In 2009, I started the Hatha yoga teacher training at the Satyam school of Hatha yoga with Swami Premananda Saraswati (Hervé Blondon). Yoga is a passion, a daily exercise, but especially a lifestyle that allows me to maintain harmony in all aspects of my life. For me, a yoga class is a protected space that allows each person to enter inside themselves and achieve their own objectives, their own well-being.
