Whether you are an advanced student, or a beginner looking for a smooth transition into your first experience. This is the ideal scenario for those not comfortable in a group practice or looking for a deeper connection. Unique classes designed for those who have specific conditions, such as: scoliosis, injuries, chronic diseases and are interested in understanding how to adapt their practice.

I offer Therapeutic, Restorative, Yin, Nidra, Pranayama Yoga Classes as well as Meditation

I offer mini –workshops private or semi-private to advance your practice and develop more difficult postures in a safe setting (such as inversions and arm balances).


The corporate classes are a fantastic to cut the day in two. Take 45-60 minutes at the beginning, middle, or end of your work day to relax your mind, move, breathe and relax. These classes will energize you and your team, while reducing stress. I will adapt the class to your needs to deliver the end result of strong focus, ease of mind, and develop team building within your office.
